Week 2 About truth and facts: March 6 2020 Is there a difference between ‘knowing’ something and ‘having knowledge’ of something? Knowing something and having knowledge is like the difference between an open and closed question. Eg I know that the sky is blue but i dont know why it is blue or how its made up. What is ‘truth? Truth is the opposite of a lie. But what is truth can be different based on the perception of the individual. What do we really mean when we say something is ‘true’? It means that it is believed or perceived that this is what is. Is there a difference between knowing something is ‘true’ and believing that something is ‘true’? Subjective and objective. What is the difference between subjective and objective ‘truth’?
